Gingerbread Day

Today was Gingerbread Day! The kiddos all got to make gingerbread houses and get sticky. I think some of the littles (especially Pax) ate as much of the confections as he put on his house. When all was said and done, P announced his creation as "a Village of Sugar!" I think that pretty much sums it up!

Thank goodness it was a warm enough day to burn it all off on the playground afterwards!!

Toys and Play Expedition

The first graders are all showing off the toys they made as well as the "instructions for play" they wrote to accompany their creations! It was also dress as your favorite character day, so enjoy that too!
